An informational site
This website is informational. It describes our ground services for the travel trade and institutional clients. Nothing on the site is a binding offer. A booking exists only once we have issued a written quotation and confirmed your order in a signed service agreement.
Quotations, not online payment
We do not display prices on this site and we do not take payment online. Service costs depend on group size, season, accommodation standard, vehicle specification, and supplier availability, so they are provided by written quotation in response to an enquiry. Any figures shared later are quotations for the scope described and are valid only as stated.
Ground services and third-party carriers
We provide non-ticketed destination-management and ground-handling services, such as itinerary planning, coordination, and logistics. All transportation is performed by licensed third-party carriers whom we vet and schedule; we are not a carrier ourselves. We do not sell event tickets and do not offer ticket-inclusive packages — tickets should be obtained through an organiser's official channels.
No official affiliation
We are an independent operator. Any institution, venue, or landmark name that appears on this site is used only to describe itinerary locations. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, authorised by, or an official provider for any university, museum, sporting organisation, or event organiser named here. Please also read our Disclaimer.
Limitation of liability
The site content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Details such as opening hours and third-party policies may change, and we are not responsible for the acts or content of third parties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Long Voyage Global Inc. is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. This clause is a template and does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Terms specific to a booked service are set out in the applicable service agreement, which prevails over this website notice.
