FAQ

Questions, answered.

The things agencies and travellers ask us most. If something isn't here, just enquire — we reply within two business days.

Are you a travel agency that serves tourists directly?

We primarily serve the travel trade and institutional clients — providing U.S. ground services for tour operators, corporations, and event organisers. Individual travellers are typically handled through our trade partners.

Are the vehicles your own?

No. All ground transportation is executed by licensed third-party carriers; we handle selection, vetting, and dispatch. Each carrier’s operating authority and certificate of insurance is registered in our system with expiry tracking, and a carrier whose documents are not current cannot be dispatched.

What do quotations include and exclude?

Every formal quotation itemises inclusions and exclusions line by line. Common exclusions are international flights, visas, insurance, personal spending, gratuities, and optional activities outside the itinerary. We avoid vague wording.

How can a company in China pay, and can you issue an invoice?

Yes. We issue bilingual service agreements and commercial invoices, and a single contract number can cover multiple payments. The full package — contract, invoice, itinerary confirmation, and receiving-bank details — exports in one click. Cross-border payment filing and tax treatment follow the requirements of your local tax authority and bank.

What is a roadbook?

Every departing group receives a digital roadbook: day-by-day itinerary, vehicle and licence-plate details, driver and escort contacts, hotel names in both languages with English addresses, meeting-point photos, notes, and a 24-hour emergency line. It opens on any phone via a no-login link, and a printable pocket edition is also provided.

Do you offer study-abroad application or admissions services?

No. Our campus visits follow each institution’s public-access rules and involve no admissions consulting, application guidance, or any form of acceptance commitment. We have no affiliation or partnership with the institutions mentioned.

Can you help buy tickets during major events?

No. We do not sell event tickets and do not offer ticket-inclusive packages. Tickets should be purchased through the organiser’s designated channels; tickets obtained elsewhere carry a risk of denied entry. What we provide during such periods is ground service: airport transfers, shuttles, group transportation, and bilingual escorts.

What happens if the trip meets bad weather or force majeure?

For items exposed to weather, road closures, or service suspensions — such as whale watching, mountain cog railways, or certain highway segments — we state the alternatives and the change-and-refund terms clearly in the quotation and contract, and brief guests before departure. Our approach is to name the risks up front.

Which regions do you cover?

We operate across the U.S. East and West Coasts — New England centred on Boston, New York and the East, and California and the West. Itineraries can be split, merged, or combined across regions, and quotations are issued for the actual group size, season, and service level.

How do we start working with you?

Submit an enquiry or a trade-partner application with your company details and requirements. Once verified, partners receive an account to view quotations, place orders, track status, and download roadbooks and invoice packages. We typically respond within one business day.
