All transportation is performed by licensed, insured third-party carriers with professional chauffeurs, scaled by group size and flight wave. We provide non-ticketed ground services only, and do not sell or include event or exhibition tickets.

Year-round
New York’s principal convention venue, on the west side of Manhattan near the Hudson River. As the main stage for large international trade shows and industry summits, it is a central operating point for MICE group transfers and ground services.

Walter E. Washington Convention Center

The principal convention venue in Washington, D.C., close to the downtown hotel cluster and the metro — well suited to hosting groups for government and association conferences.

Los Angeles Convention Center
Year-round
A major convention venue in downtown Los Angeles, beside the sports-and-entertainment district, with hotels and dining clustered around it. It is the operational hub for MICE group transfers, exhibitor vehicles and event logistics.
Seaport District
May–Oct
Boston’s largest new-development district of the past two decades, with glass office towers, the Institute of Contemporary Art (ICA), seafood restaurants and a waterfront promenade. The convention centre (BCEC) sits here, the main arena for MICE business.
